▪️1 gallon Apple Juice
▪️1 gallon Apple Cider
▪️4 cups sugar
▪️7 Cinnamon Sticks
▪️1 liter 190 Proof Everclear or any Grain Alcohol
Optional, for taste: Slice up a few apples and boil them with the mixture
Mix the juice, sugar, and cinnamon and bring to a full rapid boil. Pull it off the heat and let cool before adding the alcohol. If it hasn’t cooled enough the alcohol will boil out.
The mixture is roughly 25 Proof or 12.5% alcohol, made to drink rather than shoot. The longer you boil it, the stronger it gets, I usually boil it for at least 30 minutes.
